4. Sun will review your request, verify whether your company qualifies and set up the primary user.

# First you must have been supplied your party number by your Primary User, if you have not got this you will need to [apply for Access|http://sunsolve.sun.com/Access.html] .
# [http://ibis.sun.com]With your Party Number ready, access the MSC home page. [http://ibis.sun.com/support] (It's important they you always keep the /support if you don't the application will get confused.
# Login in with your Sun Online Account, this is your user name and password that you have used on SunSolve or the legacy Online Support Center. If you don't have one, just select Register the application will quickly create your identity and then automatically continue the registration process.
# Select the type of profile you require.
# Enter your Party Number
# View your registration user details (Don't add phone number yet)
# Submit request.
*Note: You will not have access until the Primary User at your company has approved your access.*
