h2. Instructions on accessing the system.
How to access and use the Data Centre Monitoring software.
1. Once you have pointed your browser at the IP address [http://87.246.87.200] you see the following login screen.

2. Enter the login details into the Java client.

3. Once you have logged into the system you will see a map overview of the site, this image is of the Edinburgh site. The white square in the image indicates the exact location of the Belgacom data centre. At the bottom you will see the timeline of changed events, each red dash indicates a change in the attached devices.

4. Once you have clicked on the white box you will see the data centre displayed with the devices that are connected to this data centre. To open a device click on the tear drop icon.
The green arrow in the image below identifies the direction of flow of the free cool air [Free+Air+Cooling+Proof+of+Concept]. To view historic information, click on the archive tab at the top of the screen and select the devices from the drop down menu or select the historic data for the current device by clicking on the icon in the device window.

5. Each device window shows the last hour of data from the device, along with the current live feed.
