h2. Your Sun Userid .. (known as your Sun Online Account)
SunSolve makes use of the Sun Online Account which is the generic term for a Userid and password at Sun. You can use this same account for all of the Sun Sites which required a login.
- If you do not have a Sun Userid select "{color:#ff6600}{*}Register{*}{color}".
- Once you register, SunSolve will prompt you to enter in a contract number.
- Your done.*If you are an existing Sun Online Account holder.*
* Login into SunSolve.
* To enable your contracted experience once you have logged select "*Change Contract*" this will display your current entitlements. If necessary associate a contract to your account.

If you have a Sun Online Account already, you only have one step to go.

If you are only seeing "Public" Service Offerings, then the contract you submitted will have \*\* either side. That is an indication that the SunSolve records can not location your contract. Please make use of the \[ + \] Feedback Icon to submit your feedback. Be sure to include your address and enter in your contract number. The support team will investigate.
