* Choosing a Screen Name
bq. When you first log in, you might be asked to define a *ScreenName*. Using a screen name protects your private information (such as your email address) from being displayed on the website. Please choose your screen name carefully because it cannot be modified.

* Trouble Logging In?
bq. Make sure that you are using the right email address and password. You can use namefinder to confirm, that you are using the right email address (not an alias). It should "just work". No registration is needed. Please don't try to reset your password via "Forgot your password" feature. If you are unable to log in after confirming your password is correct, contact the CWP-Idm team using {nolink:ServiceDesk}.

* Changed Your LDAP Password Recently?
bq. It may take up to 24 hours for the change to take effect. Until then, use your previous password to log in.

*Sun Developer Network Members*

*Partners and Sun Online Account Holders*

# Enter your Sun Online Account ID in the user name field, and enter your password.
