Get Started.
New SunSolve User.
|1 |If this is your first time to SunSolve you will need to create a Sun Online Account, by selecting Login and then register, as part of the registration process ensure you select an Online Screen Name. Once registered complete the process by selecting "Change Contract" and entering in a valid contract Number.|
|2 |Now you are logged in and setup on SunSolve, select the link SunSolve Community Forums under Support Forums on the home page to be session transferred to the forums.sun.com home page. The new Sunsolve Community Forums are listed under the PRIVATE section. This completes your setup.|
|3 |Your done!
When returning to Forums.sun.com you can just login and under Private you will see the new Support Forums.|
Existing SunSolve user logged into the wiki site and this is your first time to the Forums.
If you had been logged into SunSolve prior to selecting the Learn More Link and your SunSolve account has a contract associate to it, your setup is complete. For the first time use of the forums, please return to SunSolve and under the Community Forum Heading click on the "[access]" link. |
