h4. Searching:
To search for terms: Click "*Search for Term*" on the Welcome to Sun Glossary Tool screen. !Welcome_to_SunGloss.jpg!

Enter the English term that you would like to search a translation for in "Search for", for example "file".
Leave the default setting "English" as Source Language and select the Target Language, for example "Swedish".
Select a specific Product Line or enable the check box "Select All Product Lines".

Click the button "Start to Search". !startToSearch.jpg!

Select a product line, for example "StarOffice" for the Source Language and in this case "StarSuite"
for Korean (since this is the name of StarOffice in the Asian markets, for the European languages,
please use StarOffice). Click "Generate Glossary". !GenerateGlossary.jpg!

Scroll to the bottom of the Generate Glossary Results screen. !GenerateGlossary.jpg! screen.\\

Leave the default settings in the section "Export Comments".
The exported glossary can be downloaded from the Download Center for exported glossaries - click
on *"*{*}Download Exported Glossary*" on the Welcome to Sun Glossary Tool screen.

Open the file in a spreadsheet, using the format Text CSV (comma seperated values).
