| Entitlements are associated to Patches. | Entitlements for patches are based on the type of contract you or your company has purchased and the associated products on the contract. Creating or having a User Name and Password is part one of a two part process. In order to be able to access contracted patches and knowledge, you need to complete the process by entering your contract number. Please follow the step by step process.

h2. Existing Sun Online Account holders, how to update your SunSolve access.


If you have a Sun Online Account already, you only have one step to go.
