You can set the roles for the managed hosts. For example, the admin user can set a managed host role to Update Sim. Users other than admin can select this target only for running a job in simulation mode. The role of the managed host is thus fixed by the admin. - Click Edit Role against the managed host or the channel for setting the authentication requirement details.
This ensures that the operator will be required to provide authentication details. For example, the Update Channel can be made secure for downloading patches. - Click Update to accept the changes made.
