Proxy management displays proxy assignments and explains how to edit settings.

To Display Proxy Assignments

You can display a list of host names, IP addresses, registration date, and DHCP settings.

  1. Click Core Services.
  2. Select Control Proxies from the Satellite Configuration menu.
    The proxies that have been registered with the Satellite are displayed with the registration date and the status.

To Configure DHCP Settings

  1. Click Core Services.
  2. Select Control Proxies from the Satellite Configuration menu.
  3. Highlight the host, then click DHCP Settings.
  4. Select DHCP Configuration, Subnets, or External DHCP Settings.
  5. Type the requested information.
  6. Click Save Config, Create Subnet, or Create DHCP Server.

To Unregister a Proxy From the Satellite

You can unregister, or disassociate, a proxy from the satellite.

  1. Click Core Services.
  2. Select Control Proxies from the Satellite Configuration Summaries menu.
  3. Highlight the proxy, then click Unregister.
  4. Click OK.
