In case the environment (GTK+, GNOME, Terminal, Firefox) isnt specified at a bug, the bug is related to all of the environments
IMHO THE IIIM-PANEL AND KEYBOARD SWITCHING DONT WORK THE WAY THEY SHOULD - SWITCHED TO EN KEYBOARD AND RUSSIAN CHARS ARE STILL BEING INSERTED. THEN SWITCHED BACK TO RUSSIAN AND LATIN CHARS (CAPS) ARE INPUT. AFTER SWITCHING OVER TO ENGLISH, RUSSIAN CHARS ARE BEING INPUT. (OCCURED ONLY WITH RUSSIAN LOCALE AND KEYBOARD)
