This space and its content is generally related to the OpenSolaris Web Stack project. Please look to that site for official announcements and details.

We'd like to get as much input as possible to guide our efforts. Toward that end, we're posting here some of our project research and planning so we can share it with others. If you have any comments, please post them here or over on the Web Stack mailing list

Research

We consider developer productivity to be very important, so we've spent some time looking at the Web Stack SAMP Developer Experience to determine what our requirements are as we integrate.

Planning

There will be a refresh to Cool Stack, tentatively called Cool Stack 1.1.1. Here you can see (and comment) on the plans. The current plan is to release this in Q4CY08.

We've also been doing some planning related to the integration of the SquidCache into the OpenSolaris Web Stack project.
