Update MySQL to 5.0.67

LSARC 2007/608 - Including MySQL 5.0 with Solaris
LSARC 2008/150 - Include 64-bit /Connectors ARC Case

Now that MySQL has released the next stable version, 5.0.67,
this project aims to update the integrated MySQL version from
5.0.45 to 5.0.67 in OpenSolaris.This version includes a number
of general bug fixes and security fixes.

MySQL 5.0.67 brings in an important change ie it has disabled
the "Federated Engine".This is incompatible with the existing
5.0.45 version in OpenSolaris.
To provide the same user experience,we would enable the Federated
Engine in the dot release so as to be consistent in what we provide.
This is achieved by patching the configuration files names
(my-small.cnf,my-large.cnf,my-huge.cnf,my-medium.cnf and my-innodb-heavy-4G.cnf)
There are no other changes nor any other interface changes introduced
by this case.
