Dynamic Tasklist

Creating a New Tasklist

To create a new Dynamic Tasklist, you must edit the page (in Wiki Markup) and type the following macro code:

{tasklist:The Name of the Tasklist|sortAscending=false|sortBy=priority}
||Completed||Priority||Locked||CreatedDate||CompletedDate||Assignee||Name||
|T|M|F|1216405515313|1217871853848|jennifer.tsay|test|
|T|M|F|1217871840410|1217871869361|jennifer.tsay|new task|
{tasklist}

This will create a Tasklist that looks like:

Quick Add

Using the Tasklist

Adding a Task

  • To add a task to the Tasklist, type the name of the task in the box next to "Add Task:" and then click on the Add button

Editing a Task

  • Edit the name of the task by left clicking over the task name in the task's row

Sorting Tasks

  • To sort the tasks by their Created Date, click on the button next to "Sort:" that has the number 12 on it.
  • To sort the tasks by their Priority, click on the button next to "Sort:" with the arrows on it.
  • To sort the tasks by their Assignee, click on the button next to "Sort:" with the people cartoons on it.
  • To sort the tasks by their Name, click on the button next to "Sort:" with the letters AZ on it.
  • You can also sort the tasks by clicking on the right end of the task's row (to the right of the trash can) and dragging the task up or down
