Relief coming regarding timeouts for logged in users of SunSolve and other sun.com portals/applications/tools who have been subjected to 30 min inactive timeout and 2 hour session timeout. Values will be changed to 8 hours inactive timeout and 24 hour session timeout. (exact date of changes - pending)

SunSolve home page has been temporarily rebranded as "Sun Support".

Why? The SunSolve name is in a transition phase, all contracted information will eventually be migrated over to the SunSpectrum Member Support Center ("Member Support Center") and SunSolve/Sun Support will be rebranded one more time to "Support Center" which will become a site with free information for free users.

1. Consolidate search engines on SunSolve. Use only Sun Search, which is used throughout all sun.com web pages
