Sun OpenDS TM Standard Edition 1.0 Installation Guide

The Sun OpenDS TM Standard Edition directory server is a pure Java TM implementation of a network-accessible database that is able to store information in a hierarchical form. Clients can communicate with the directory server using a standard protocol (for example, LDAP) to retrieve and update information in a variety of ways. The directory server was designed to provide unmatched performance and scalability, robust error handling and debugging capabilities, easy extensibility, and innovative feature sets.
