The Oracle Database is the most commonly used database for SAP, featuring highly sophisticated methods like Oracle RAC. This section describes several scenarios using Oracle in SAP environments, and gives an insight into complex installations and future developments like Oracle 11g for SAP. It also covers general Oracle database topics in an overview.
