You can get SAM-QFS 4.5 patches from the following Sunsolve page:

http://sunsolve.sun.com/show.do?target=patchpage

To find a patch, you can either enter just the main 6 digit part  of the patch ID to find the most recently released patch; or you can enter the patch ID with the version identifier to find a specific patch.

The current (02/08) patch IDs for SAM-QFS 4.5 are:

• 122803 - Synopsis: SAM-FS 4.5 Solaris 9 Patch
• 122804 - Synopsis: SAM-FS 4.5 Solaris 10 Patch
• 122805 - Synopsis: SAM-FS 4.5 Solaris 10_x86 Patch
• 122806 - Synopsis: QFS 4.5 Solaris 9 Patch
• 122807 - Synopsis: QFS 4.5 Solaris 10 Patch
• 122808 - Synopsis: QFS 4.5 Solaris 10_x86 Patch
• 122809 - Synopsis: QFS 4.5 Linux Patch

Entering any of the above patch IDs will display the most recently released patch version.
