To Create a New Article

1. On the Community Mambers' Drafts page, click a tab. If you don't know which tab is appropriate, click the Other Stuff tab.
2. Click the link to the Parent Page.  For example, if you are on the White Papgers tab, follow the instruction "To add a new article to this list, click here.."
3. On the Parent Page, from the Add menu, choose Page.
   TIP: To open a new tab or window, right-click when you choose Page.
4. In the title field, replace "New Page" with your title.
5. Click the link "Select a page template to start from."
6. In the Page Template Wizard, choose the New Article template, then click Next.
7. Enter your content. For editing tips, see the Full Notation Guide.
8. Click Save to save the article.

To Edit an Existing Page

1. Open the page you want to edit.
2. Click the Edit link at the top right corner of the page.
   For editing tips, see the Full Notation Guide.

To Place an Existing Graphic on the Page# Open the page you want to add the graphic to.

1. Click Edit.
2. Place the cursor where you want to add the graphic.
3. Click the Insert/Edit Image icon. In the Insert Image page:
   • If you haven't attached the graphic to the page, do this now. Browse for the graphic file, then click Attach.
4. If you've already attached the graphic to the page, you should see a thumbnail rendering of the graphic. Click to select graphic, then click OK.

Adding a Diagram to a Page

First attach the graphic to the page. Then place it where you want it to go in the page.

To Create a Diagram

1. Open the page you want to add the diagram to.
2. From the Add menu, choose Diagram.
3. Use the Gliffy utility to create and save your diagram as a .png file.

To Attach Your Diagram to a Page

1. Open the page you want to add the diagram to.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Attachments.
3. In the Attachments page, browse to find the graphic you want to add, then click OK.

To Place Your Diagram in a Page

1. Open the page you want to add the diagram to.
2. Click Edit.
3. Place the cursor where you want to add the diagram.
4. Click the Insert/Edit Image icon. In the Insert Image page:
   • If you haven't attached the diagram to the page, do this now. Browse for the diagram file, then click Attach.
5. If you've already attached the diagram to the page, you should see a thumbnail rendering of the diagram. Click to select diagram, then click OK.

To Remove a Page

1. Open the page you want to remove.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Remove.
3. When asked if you want to send the page to the Trash, click OK.

Adding Reviewer's Comments

For short comments, place the cursor where you want to insert an inline comment, then copy and past the following markup:

Content goes here

For more abstract comments or queries that require longer discussion:

• Click Add Comment at the bottom of the page. Add an inline comment that indicates you've started a thread.
