The Sun Adapter for SQL Server enables Sun Java CAPS to exchange data with external SQL Server databases

Adapter Features:

Provides bi-directional connectivity to SQL server Database
Support for Java collaborations and eInsight business processes
Support for XA Local transaction and Non-Transactions
Uses prepared stmt for polling the DB
Provides OTD wizard to create OTDs for tables, stored procedure and prepared statements
Editable OTD support
Outbound Operations supported in eInsight Business processes - Insert, Update, Delete, SelectOne, SelectMulitple, SelectAll
Inbound operations supported in eInsight business processs - ReceiveOne with a prepared statement OTD.
Methods supported in java collaborations are - insert(), insertRow(), update(str sWhere), updateRow(), delete(string sWhere), deleteRow(), select(string where)
