In addition to controlling access to the entire space via space permissions, you can further reduce the access to individual pages (or group of pages) within this space via space restrictions.
Use these instructions to control who can view or edit a wiki page:
Notes:
- wiki page restrictions only apply to existing users or groups who can already access your wiki space
- child wiki pages inherit the page restrictions set for the root level page
- wiki page restrictions will always take precedence over wiki space permissions
Procedure
- Go to the page you want to restrict.
- Open the page in the "Edit" mode.
- Click on the Restrictions link.
- Choose whether to restrict viewing or editing.
- Specify yourself or the users / groups to enable restricted access.
- Click Add.
- Repeat these steps as needed.
