Oracle OpenWorld 2009

GlassFish and Friends at Oracle OpenWorld 2009

Oracle OpenWorld is Oracle's premier conference. It is held mostly at Moscone Center, San Francisco, CA, October 11-15th 2009 (Bird's Eye, Aerial View). There are also multiple ancillary events, of which we care mostly about the Unconference and about Oracle Develop. We (GlassFish/Sun) will have representation in all these events.

This is a very large conference. There is an interactive content catalog that covers OOW and OD (but not the unconference); according to that, there are 1951 sessions full-list (use a fast browser!). The same tool seems to suggest these are Sun's Sessions.

Oracle OpenWorld Links - Agenda, Keynotes, Catalog, Main Wiki.
Oracle Develop Links - home, Keynotes, schedule.

The conference is organized by the OTN folks. They seem very organized and they have published an OTN Guide.
